CHÍNH SÁCH QUYỀN RIÊNG TƯ VÀ THÔNG TIN ĐỒNG Ý (BẮT BUỘC) Ngày cập nhật: 2026-07-13 1. Đơn vị xử lý và phạm vi áp dụng Assuretee Co., Ltd. vận hành dịch vụ bảo hiểm dưới thương hiệu KeduPass. Chính sách này áp dụng cho thông tin được thu thập khi người dùng tìm hiểu, đăng ký, thanh toán, nhận chứng nhận, kiểm tra trạng thái hoặc gửi yêu cầu bồi thường qua KeduPass. 2. Dữ liệu có thể được thu thập · Thông tin nhận dạng và liên hệ: họ tên, ngày sinh, giới tính, quốc tịch, số điện thoại, email. · Thông tin lưu trú và học tập: loại thị thực, trường, địa điểm trường, mã sinh viên, chương trình học. · Thông tin hợp đồng: thời hạn, gói đã chọn, phí, trạng thái đơn và số đăng ký. · Thông tin xác minh: hộ chiếu, ngày hết hạn, số giấy tờ tùy thân và phương thức xác minh. · Thông tin thanh toán hoặc hoàn trả: phương thức thanh toán; thông tin tài khoản chỉ khi cần cho nghiệp vụ được thông báo. · Thông tin sức khỏe nhạy cảm: lịch sử khám, bệnh hoặc thương tích được hỏi trong quá trình thẩm định. · Thông tin yêu cầu bồi thường: ngày sự kiện, mô tả, chi phí và tài liệu chứng minh. 3. Mục đích sử dụng Tư vấn và hỗ trợ đăng ký; xác minh danh tính và hồ sơ; báo giá, thẩm định, ký kết, duy trì và thực hiện hợp đồng; thanh toán; phát hành chứng nhận; hỗ trợ yêu cầu bồi thường; phòng chống gian lận; giải quyết khiếu nại; tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp luật. 4. Thời gian lưu giữ Theo chính sách hiện hành, dữ liệu phục vụ đăng ký được sử dụng và lưu giữ tối đa 3 năm kể từ ngày đồng ý, trừ trường hợp pháp luật hoặc hợp đồng yêu cầu thời hạn khác. Khi hết mục đích và thời hạn, dữ liệu được hủy theo quy trình áp dụng. 5. Cung cấp và ủy thác xử lý Chỉ dữ liệu cần thiết được chuyển cho công ty bảo hiểm của sản phẩm người dùng lựa chọn để báo giá, thẩm định, ký kết và xử lý quyền lợi. MomoData Co., Ltd. có thể xử lý dữ liệu với tư cách đơn vị kỹ thuật được ủy thác. Nhà cung cấp thanh toán, xác minh, OCR hoặc thông báo chỉ nhận dữ liệu cần thiết theo thông báo tại thời điểm sử dụng. 6. Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài Nếu một tính năng sử dụng nhà cung cấp ở nước ngoài, KeduPass sẽ thông báo riêng về đơn vị nhận, quốc gia, mục đích, hạng mục dữ liệu, thời điểm, phương thức và thời gian lưu giữ trước khi chuyển khi pháp luật yêu cầu. Việc dùng nhà cung cấp ở nước ngoài không được suy đoán từ nội dung quảng cáo chung. 7. Dữ liệu nhạy cảm và số định danh Thông tin sức khỏe, hộ chiếu, số đăng ký người nước ngoài hoặc dữ liệu định danh khác chỉ được xử lý trong phạm vi cần thiết và theo sự đồng ý riêng hoặc căn cứ pháp luật áp dụng. Người dùng phải khai báo chính xác; thông tin thiếu hoặc sai có thể ảnh hưởng đến thẩm định và quyền lợi. 8. Quyền của người dùng và liên hệ Người dùng có thể yêu cầu truy cập, sửa, xóa, ngừng xử lý hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép. Data that may be collected · Identification and contact details: full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, phone number, email. · Residence and study details: visa type, school, school location, student ID, course of study. · Contract details: coverage period, selected plan, premium, application status and registration number. · Verification details: passport, expiry date, identification document number and verification method. · Payment or refund details: payment method; account details only where required for a notified purpose. · Sensitive health information: consultation history, illness or injury asked about during underwriting. · Claim details: date of the event, description, costs and supporting documents. 3. Purposes of use Consultation and application support; verification of identity and documents; quotation, underwriting, conclusion, maintenance and performance of the contract; payment; issuing certificates; claim support; fraud prevention; complaint handling; and compliance with legal obligations. 4. Retention period Under the current policy, data used for an application is retained and used for up to 3 years from the date of consent, unless law or the contract requires a different period. Once the purpose has been fulfilled and the period has ended, the data is destroyed in accordance with the applicable procedure. 5. Provision to third parties and processing on our behalf Only the necessary data is transferred to the insurer of the product you select, for quotation, underwriting, conclusion of the contract and benefit processing. MomoData Co., Ltd. may process data as an entrusted technical provider. Payment, verification, OCR and notification providers receive only the data required, as notified at the time of use. 6. Transfer of data abroad Where a feature uses a provider located outside the country, KeduPass will separately notify you of the recipient, country, purpose, data items, timing, method and retention period before the transfer, where the law requires it.
